OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Currently, we are in the midst of a global tragedy. Here at Smart Fit Kit, our #1 concern is the safety & well-being of our staff, customers & community. Here are the steps we are taking: 

Staying Healthy With Sick Leave

Here at Smart Fit Kit, we believe that a basic right for workers is sick leave. All staff are entitled to sick leave. We are asking that staff members who are unwell remain home & self-quarantine, and ensuring they receive sick leave while doing so.

It's through your support that we are able to offer our team ethical working rights, and so we thank you for your continued support.

Practicing Social Distancing 

Here at Smart Fit Kit, all staff members who are working in jobs that can be done remotely have switched to working from home. We are ensuring that they each have access to important necessities to keep them safe, such as soap & wipes. 

We are also ensuring that all work spaces outside of the home remain healthy & clean:

  • Hand sanitizer is available & to enter/exit the building, everyone must sanitize their hands.
  • Work spaces are being regularly sanitized. 
  • We are adhering to a 2-meter distance policy.
  • We are aware that there is a shortage of necessary supplies for hospitals & vulnerable groups in society (such as hand sanitizer & masks). We are trying to be mindful of any of these that we do use, and if it is safe to do so, use alternatives (such as choosing to use soap/water, rather than sanitizer). 

We are also following local health authorities advice strictly.

Shipping, Handling & Order Processing Times

We are very happy that we have still been able to produce & ship our products within 10-21 business days (usually 5-15) and there has been no change.

We are aware though that there is an increased chance of delivery delays from the postal service, especially within Europe, which unfortunately we do not have control over. We are happy to say though that none of our customers have yet experienced any shipping delays. We do however want to warn customers that due to increased border restrictions, there is a possibility that shipping may be delayed.
